3. How long can I use my Quicksmart™ stroller – up until what age and/or weight?
The Quicksmart™ stroller is designed to suit children from the age of 6 months upwards. The stroller is designed and tested to hold a child up to 17kg in weight. Most children determine for themselves at what age they no longer want to be in a stroller, while keeping strictly within the weight limit.
4. Are replacement accessories available for my stroller?
Replacement backpacks, carry bags and rain covers are available for the Original Backpack Stroller and Easy Fold Stroller.

5. Can I hang things from the handles?
You should never hang anything from the handles of a stroller (no handbags, backpacks, coats, shopping bags, etc.) Hanging items from the handles causes stress on the stroller, which may result in the stroller becoming unstable and unsafe.

7. Can I add a toddler seat or carry extra children on my Quicksmart™ stroller?
No, your Quicksmart™ stroller is not designed to carry extra children and we do not recommend the use of a toddler seat on this product.
8. Can I attach a toddler trailer to my Quicksmart™ stroller?
No, the Quicksmart™ stroller is designed to be lightweight and provide convenience. It is not designed to have a toddler trailer or similar attached.
Easy Fold Stroller Footmuff
1. What are the care/washing instructions for my Easy Fold Stroller Footmuff?
Warm (40º), Gentle machine wash (reduced mechanical action), seperately. Tumble dry, on low heat (single dot) for 30 minutes, remove immediately. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
2. What fabric is my Easy Fold Stroller Footmuff made from?
100% polyester.

Safety equipment such as helmet is recommended when using any ride on product.
2. Where should I allow my child to ride the Scuttlebug?
Scuttlebug is suitable for both indoor & outdoor use. Please refer to Scuttlebug packaging & Instruction manual.
Direct adult supervision required at all times, use only in controlled enviroments, free of potential traffic hazards & not on public streets. Do not allow your child to ride the Scuttlebug in any areas where vehicle traffic is present. Never use near steps, sloped driveways, hills, roadways, alleys or swimming pool areas.
3. Can more than one child ride Scuttlebug at a time?
No, for safety reasons, only one child can ride at a time, please note the weight limit of Scuttlebug is 20kgs/ 44lbs.
My child is 4 years old, can he/she ride the Scuttlebug?
Scuttlebug is specially designed for children from the ages 1-3 years, for your safety do not exceed the weight restrictions on the Scuttlebug, which are 20kgs/44lbs.
